Cancellation Policy

The policy is to take Credit Card details as a guarantee of the booking at the time of booking, and these confidential details will not be processed until the date of stay, when the card will be manually processed.

This information may be sent to us by fax, phone, or email, and for security, can be split over 2 emails.The reservation will be confirmed on reciept of these datails, which need to include credit card type(i.e. Visa, Mastercard), card number, expiry date and the name written on the card.

Cancellation fees will not be charged if a cancellation is made outside 48hours of the reservation date. If within 48 hours, or failure to turn up, there will be a charge of a single night's accommodation for one person.

Check in: to be arranged with guest, but preferably after 3pm.

Check out: to be arranged with guest, but preferably no later than 10am.
